The Unheard 22

In 2010, an estimated 22 veterans lose their lives to suicide each day --a much higher rate than the national average of all adults according to data from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

We are raising awareness of this alarming issue by installing a permanent memorial
--The Unheard 22--at both the Prescott and Verde Valley campuses.

Your generosity will go a long way in supporting the mental health of those in our community who have sacrificed so much for our nation, and in honoring the memory of those who have lost their lives to suicide.

Every dollar counts, and your support will help create a safer and more supportive environment for our veterans.

We aim to create a permanent memorial featuring 22 pairs of boots to serve as a reminder of these sacrifices and to educate our community while offering a sense of belonging and purpose to the veteran community. To realize this meaningful tribute, we seek funds for its design and construction.
