I was born in Cote d'Ivoire, West Africa, and was raised in the USA, Japan, and Senegal, West Africa. My parents were missionaries, so we traveled a lot! Including multiple countries in Europe.
One of the reasons I went to Yavapai was because I couldn't afford a University right off and I wanted to help out my grandmother. I applied to the honors program the second half of my freshman year, Spring 08. It's been a very good experience from the start and I have gotten to know some wonderful people and have learned a lot. It's great to be able to discuss many views on a subject and learn more from one another in the process.
On my plans, I am recently married, and at the end of this year I will be finished with my Associates of Arts Degree. I hope to move on to NAU where I will pursue a major of Theater for Secondary Education with French and English minors. Afterwards, I hope to maybe get a Masters in Theater Education at the University of Northern Colorado.
