Pop legend Don McLean is most famous for his 1971 music album “American Pie,” containing the unforgettable songs "American Pie" and "Vincent (Starry, Starry Night)," both of which McLean wrote. He has also recorded popular versions of such hits as “And I Love You So,” “Castles in the Air,” “Dreidel” and a moving version of Roy Orbison’s “Crying.”
