Take a swing down memory lane with such legendary performers as Patti Page, String of Pearls, Mary Lou Metzger, and the Tex Beneke Orchestra. Patti Page is one of America’s true musical icons. In the course of her recording career, she has sold more than 100 million records, making her one of the biggest selling female recording artists in history. String of Pearls delights with such memorable songs as “It Don’t Mean a Thing,” “The Nearness of You,” “Secret Love,” “Chattanooga Choo Choo,” and countless others. Singer/dancer Mary Lou Metzger is best known as a cast member on The Lawrence Welk Show. During her 12 years on the show, she sang as part of a female trio, various group numbers, and song-and-dance numbers, plus she also danced with the maestro himself at the end of each show.
