This Tony Award-winning Broadway musical is a perfect holiday treat for all – smart enough for adults and quirky enough for teenagers. This one-act musical centers on a fictional spelling bee involving six eccentric adolescents and three equally eccentric grown-ups. An unusual aspect of the show is that a few real audience volunteers are invited on stage to compete in the spelling bee alongside the six young characters. Music and lyrics are by William Finn, and the book is by Rachel Sheinkin
