Performing Arts Charitable Endowment (PACE)
Your important investment in the Performing Arts Charitable Endowment (PACE) makes it possible to continue to offer spectacular seasons of music, dance and theater YEAR AFTER YEAR!
Your donation is a gift that keeps on giving as it is part of our endowment and is not spent on annual operating expenses. Thanks to our donors' generous support, PACE is growing by leaps and bounds. Your valued participation makes it possible for over 9,000 school children to experience the performing arts each year. For many children this is their only opportunity to experience live concert events. To make the school programs possible, partnerships are formed with the City of Prescott/Acker Trust, Pam & Bob Haber, PTA's, Arizona Commission on the Arts, Western States Arts Federation and National Endowment for the Arts.
PACE operates as a part of the Yavapai College Foundation. The Foundation provides investment and management services to PACE. An advisory committee is selected from current PACE donors and approved by the Foundation board of directors. Each year, the PACE Advisory Committee reviews investment balances and determines an amount in excess of the cumulative donations since 1993 that should be used to support specific Community Events programs for the following year. This means that your gift will continue to assist the Community Events office in bringing quality programming for many years to come. This season PACE is contributing $6,000 to support programs for the youth and underserved audiences of Yavapai County and lower ticket prices.

We are pleased to announce the addition of a new PACE donor level, the Legacy League, to recognize those very generous people who make deferred gifts to the Per forming Arts Charitable Endowment. These deferred gifts will enable us to enhance the quality of life Yavapai College Community Events supports for generations to come. Legacy League donors receive advance selection of seating for YCCE sponsored events with the benefactors category. * 0nce a donation at the Bronze Ingot level ($1,000) or above has been made, that donation and any further donations are accumulative towards achieving the Lifetime status. Annual contributions will be listed at the appropriate donor levels reflecting the continued donations. Once a total of 15,000 has been accumulated, the donor is a Lifetime donor to PACE.

$25,000 Supreme Sponsor
The largest sponsor category has the most impact as you become a Supreme Sponsor for the entire Yavapai College Community Events season. Your company name and logo will be featured on the front of every YCCE season brochure, postcard, ad, news release, program cover, letters to donors, and any other publications for Yavapai College Community Events. This will be at least 450,000 items with your name and logo prominently displayed. And in addition, you receive free event tickets and invites to all donor receptions. This is an annual donation.

$1,000 Event Co-sponsor
- Listing in all promotions for the event as a co-sponsor
- Listing on any event advertising as a co-sponsor
- Listing in the event program as a co-sponsor
- Acknowledgement of co-sponsors from the stage before the concert
- The opportunity to have a lobby display of sponsor material
- A total of six free tickets to the performance. Your contribution can be made in the form of a trade or check. Trade of service and/or products can be made for items YCCE would purchase, such as catering advertising, transportation, internet services, and lodging.
$5,000 Diamond Event Sponsorship
- Top billing with Yavapai College as a presenter of the event
- Listing in all event promotions for the event as a presenter: "Yavapai College and ___ present..."
- Listing on any event advertising as a presenter
- Listing in the event program as a presenter
- Introduction of sponsor's key personnel on stage before the concert
- The opportunity to have a lobby display of sponsor material
- The opportunity to meet the artist backstage
- A total of ten VIP seating tickets to the performance An autographed photo from the artist
YCCE Corporate Season Sponsor $1,000+
Your contribution can be made in the form of a trade or check. Trade of service and/or products can be made for items YCCE would purchase, such as catering, advertising, transportation, printing and lodging. In acknowledgment of the contribution, corporate season sponsors receive the following benefits:
