The lab personnel's philosophy: Lab management and staff strive to provide a helpful and pleasant environment where students obtain assistance in computer and software usage. The lab staff also maintains a feeling of professionalism in an atmosphere where students work without undue disturbance.

An instructor at YC for 25+ years, Kaye Peterson is an excellent teacher, always helpful and ready with a smile. She has achieved her Master's Degree in Leadership & Education, and is active in Senate & other college activities striving to improve the experiences and opportunities for students.

A lab specialist since 1990 as well as an instructor, Paula enjoys helping students learn. She is always ready to lend a hand with troubleshooting and a smile to brighten the day.

Ronni has been assisting in the lab for 8+ years and is an invaluable help to students and the lab.
