Welcome to Financial Aid

The mission of the Financial Aid Office is to provide financial guidance and assistance to students in their pursuit of a higher education.

Important Financial Aid Dates

• January 1, 2010 - 2010-11 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) available at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
• January 1, 2010 - 2010-11 YC Scholarship applications accepted.
• August 23, 2010 - First day of Fall semester.
• August 29, 2010 - Snapshot date for Fall semester.
• September 6, 2010 - Labor Day Holiday. No classes. Offices closed.
• September 22, 2010 - 30-Day delay loans released (first time borrowers).
• November 15, 2010 - Registration for Spring 2011 open for continuing, degree-seeking students.
• November 24-26, 2010 - Thanksgiving Holiday. No classes. Offices closed.
• November 29, 2010 - Registration for Spring 2011 semester available to all students.
• December 11, 2010 - Last day of Fall semester.
• Financial Aid checks are disbursed every Wednesday during the semester.
