Cathy was a college athlete and has 36 years of experience
teaching and coaching all ages - in New York, Kentucky, Vermont,
Louisiana, Nebraska, and since 1989, Arizona. She has been teaching
at the college level since 1973. Cathy created the Senior Fitness
and Weight Training class which has helped many students get
stronger, more flexible and achieve better balance and chronic pain
reduction.
