Supervisory Impact:
Has lead responsibilities for several employees in the Business Office. Carries out lead responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Representative Duties:

Manages district student tuition/collections processes. Responsible for maintaining district cash receipts and control systems. Reconciles all district cash registers, investigate errors and make necessary adjustments. Prepares daily bank deposits. Makes change, cashes checks, and issues receipts or tickets to customers. Records amounts received and prepares reports of transactions. Reads and records totals shown on cash register tape and verifies against cash on hand. Processes weekly refund checks. Operates cash register.
