Policy
The College operates in compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding applicant search and selection. In addition, the College strives to complement the existing workforce by emphasizing quality, diversity, and unity while being a responsible steward of public funds. This quality, diversity, and unity enrich its curriculum, student body, personnel, and its community involvement. Candidates that best address the needs of the College and of the learning community will be selected for employment. To this end, the College will produce and maintain search and selection guidelines.
