Full-time Faculty Application Process
For FALL 2010 Positions Starting August 2010
NOTE: To be considered for a full-time faculty position you will need to submit a complete package of application materials.
1. Prepare and submit a letter of application that addresses the following:
- State why you are interested in the position.
- Indicate your current position.
- Indicate salary history and salary requirements.
- Explain how you meet or exceed each of the minimum expectations and requirements and preferred skills, abilities and qualifications for the job.
- Indicate the phone number, e-mail address, and mailing location where you can be contacted regarding your application.
2. Attach your resume.
3. Attach an unofficial copy of your college or university transcripts.
4. Complete a Yavapai College electronic application and include the names of three professional references and their contact information.
5. See specific instructor position announcement for additional requirements.
If you are selected for an interview:
- You will be contacted by a representative of the screening committee to schedule an interview time.
- You will be notified of any specific interview preparation, additional information to bring to the interview, or the requirements for a teaching demonstration.
