Adjunct Group Exercise Instructor
The Verde Valley Campus of Yavapai College is seeking part time group exercise instructors for the fall semester.
Reports to the Science and Professional Studies Division Dean.
Candidates must have at least 5 years verifiable experience teaching group exercise classes in areas such as Tai Chi, Pilates and/or Yoga.
Teaching certification and CPR/First Aid certification desirable.
Teaching assignment may be at either the Clarkdale or Sedona campus.

- Experience as a group exercise instructor
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work as a member of the teaching team
- Commitment to professional development
Preferred Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree with 24 upper division credits in related discipline
- Teaching certification in Yoga, Pilates, or Tai Chi
Salary
Adjunct instructor pay rate -- $620 per load hour
