Clinical Nursing Instructor (Specialist)
The incumbent will provide Medical-Surgical clinical instruction in multiple clinical agencies and collaborate with agency staff in planning student experiences.
Assess student learning and collaborate with teaching team. Participate in developing, implementing and evaluating nursing clinical experiences and program. Involves some travel between Prescott and Verde Valley campuses.

Minimum Expectations & Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Experience as a nurse educator or providing professional nursing care to clients within last five years, with emphasis on medical-surgical nursing
- Two years experience providing direct client care
- Ability to walk independently, perform manual skills, see and hear students and clients in clinical setting
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as a member of nursing teaching team
- Commitment to professional development
Preferred Skills, Abilities & Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing or related field
- Experience as a clinical instructor for an associate degree nursing program
