Mammography Program

The Mammography Program is part of the YCT Wellness coverage benefit, which currently provides ONE FREE SCREENING (not subject to the Wellness annual maximum benefit) per year to women who are 30 years of age or older. To obtain this free screening, you must obtain a written order from your physician and use one of the contracted providers listed below.

• SimonMed Imaging in Cottonwood at 928-649-1260

Or you may utilize the Mobile On-Site Mammography (MOM) program. This program which usually occurs in the fall, offers mammogram mobile services at various sites throughout Yavapai County. If you are 30 or over, you will not need a physician referral to utilize the MOM program. The MOM program cannot screen women with implants, contact an in-network provider listed above.
