Performance Management 2007-08

Purpose

Performance Management is the process of helping employees know what they are expected to do, develop the skills and abilities to do it, find out how well they are doing and reward them for what they do. The aim of the Yavapai College Performance Management Plan is to foster individual development in fulfillment of the Yavapai College mission.

The goals of the plan are to:

  • ensure employees are aware of what is expected of them
  • identify processes and time-lines
  • foster regular feedback about performance
  • encourage and reward employee development and effectiveness
