Circulation Policy, Reserves, Professional Reading, Library Advisory Committee, Recommending Materials, Library Instruction
All faculty may check-out materials from Yavapai College libraries and will have complete faculty privileges. Faculty privileges include: extended checkout periods for YCP owned items, no fines, and the right to place items on Reserve. You can search the catalog to find out what is available at your local campus library and place holds on materials available from any YLN member library.
You can place class materials (books, audio, video, journal articles including personal materials) on the “Reserve” shelf at the Library. This allows your students equal access to popular materials needed by your class. You can have your items set to 1 day checkout, 2 day checkout, 3 day checkout or 3 hour library use only. At the beginning of the semester, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for materials to be placed on reserve. At other times, please allow one week.
For the Prescott campus, contact the Prescott campus Circulation Desk at 776-2260 for instructions or email: Ustadza Ely.
For the Verde campus, please contact Roy Sandoval, at 928-634-6539 for instructions.
