• Securely package the item in the original container or in a new box if the original is worn or broken down. If the item is of a high value, please double box. We are not responsible for damage claims on improperly packaged items.
• Don't forget the return address, including an identifier (name or department) and the mailing code.
• Fill out the Mail Center Shipping Form. Please note - use this form only for off-campus shipping.
