She manages special assignments, supports district-wide committees (Professional Growth and Standards), and serves as the department's purchasing liaison. |
Barbara WingPrescott Campus DeanPhone: 928-776-2311 Barbara is the Prescott Campus Dean. She provides Prescott campus and district instructional leadership to academic units that include planning, resource allocation, curriculum development, outcomes assessment, instructional operations, faculty and staff supervision. She develops and interprets policies and procedures, evaluates program effectiveness, resolves student appeals, and manages institutional systems. |
Jill AdamsAdministrative Assistant to Prescott Campus DeanPhone: 928-776-2312 Jill provides administrative support for the Dean of the Prescott Campus. She oversees course substitutions, student appeals, classroom facility management, course scheduling, Prescott Campus budget, and special assignments. She serves as the Prescott Campus Dean’s office purchasing liaison. |
Jeni JohnsonAcademic Systems CoordinatorPhone: 928-776-2353 Jeni supports the district-wide curriculum system. She manages and maintains the district-wide curriculum data systems to include the college course bank, course outline files, college catalog, program advisement plans, and degree audit check sheets. She is the staff liaison for the Articulation Task Force and representative to the Arizona Transfer Articulation Committee. Jeni evaluates procedures, monitors consistency and implements change and training for instructional support. Linda HoffmanInstructional Operations CoordinatorPhone: 928-776-2310 Linda manages district-wide credential documentation to ensure adherence to regional accreditation standards. Linda initiates and provides district-wide direction, training, and support to instructional areas including instructional payroll and evaluating faculty loads. As the Adjunct Faculty Liaison, Linda implements adjunct faculty training, workshops and orientations. She also provides administrative support for district-wide committees. |

Tom SchumacherVerde Valley Campus Executive DeanPhone: 928-634-6513 Tom provides campus instructional and administrative leadership for the academic divisions and multiple support service areas. Tom's responsibilities include oversight of the Sedona Center for Arts & Technology and the Camp Verde School Complex. At the district level, Tom provides leadership for program review and outcomes assessment; and serves on the President's Leadership Team. Tom also serves as a representative of the college on many community boards and committees. For the past three years he has been a member of the Cottonwood Economic Development Council (CEDC) and is the current president of the group. Tom is also a founding member of the Verde Valley Wine Consortium representing the education committee. |
Susan CarrollAdministrative Assistant to Verde Valley Campus DeanPhone: 928-634-6514 Susan is responsible for the daily activities of the office, purchasing, budget tracking, credential documentation, coordination of schedule building, and coordination of off site facilities for instructional use. |
Alexandra HelmAdministrative LiaisonPhone: 928-634-6511 Alexandra provides administrative and operational support for the Verde Valley campus and Sedona Center for Arts & Technology. She also serves on a variety of district-wide committees and special project teams. She is also a board member for the Verde Valley Leadership Program. |
Linda BuchananCommunity Education CoordinatorPhone: 928-634-6530 Linda Buchanan is the Community Education Coordinator for the Verde Valley Campus and provides administrative support for the faculty and students at the Camp Verde School Complex. She coordinates Verde Campus non-credit classes, including the College For Kids summer program. Linda is also Project Specialist (district-wide) for federally-funded technical education program improvement. |

She will provide leadership and a vision for the Prescott Valley Campus that includes expanding programs to meet the diverse and growing needs of the Prescott Valley community and long-term strategic planning.

She provides administrative support to the Assistant Dean of Student Development and Retention, the Campus Activities /Summer Conference Coordinator, the Personal Counselor, and the Residence Life staff. She assists in the District Student Support Council Meetings and serves as the purchasing liaison for the Student Affairs Office. |
