Old Dominion University’s Partnership with Yavapai College began in 1999 when our main campus in Norfolk, Virginia started providing synchronous (same time/same place), interactive satellite course delivery. In recent years, the University has expanded its use of other delivery modes, including two-way video, the Internet, CD-ROM, and streaming video, in order to provide access alternatives to students across the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States.
