ODU students may live on campus in one of three residence halls with proof of enrollment in 12 credit hours for a Bachelor's degree or half-time enrollment for graduate students seeking a Master's or Doctorate degree (providing a copy of the class schedule).
ODU students need to fill out the Housing application and contract, and submit their $150 deposit and vaccination records. The Residence Life office will process applications and assign them based on first come first serve basis along with Yavapai College and NAU students.
Residence halls are open to non-traditional students; students over 25 years are generally grouped together.
