1. Enrollment drawing

All enrollment forms & payments received one day prior to the enrollment drawing date will be entered into a random drawing to determine class placement.

Enrollments received after the drawing will be assigned to groups on a first-come, first-served, space available, basis until capacity is reached. There is no way to guarantee your learning group placement.

NOTE: You will be notified ONLY if you do not get your first choices. Consider yourself enrolled unless you are notified otherwise.

2. Enrolling into a learning group with someone else

If your learning group choice is dependent on another member's placement in the same group, fasten the forms together & fill in the space "Enroll me ONLY with..." on both applications.

3. Field Trips and Events

Field trips and events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
