Academic Calendars
Yavapai College operates according to a modified 4-1-4 calendar system. The College's standard semesters are 15-week Fall and Spring terms.

The College has offered instruction in non-standard periods, such as a one-week intensive pre-session in Fall and a three-week intensive pre-session in Spring.
Yavapai College also offers summer classes in both five-week and 10-week formats. Classes also may be scheduled in other formats to fit opportunities and to satisfy student need.
