All Yavapai College students who want to access educational records, financial aid, or to receive Yavapai College services must provide a Yavapai College student identification card, called the "OneCard". The ID card is valid for the duration of the student's enrollment.
Once you have enrolled for the current semester, take your proof of registration (class schedule or payment receipt) and a current photo ID to the OneCard station in Building 1 on the Prescott Campus, or on the Verde Campus in Building I.
Photos for the OneCard can also be taken at one of the following locations: CTEC, Chino Valley Ag Center, and Prescott Valley. Your card will be sent to the site and will be available within the week.
If you are a returning or continuing student, obtain a new semester validation sticker, at no charge, by presenting your previous student ID card and your current semester schedule.
You can obtain a replacement the same place you received your original; see the locations listed above.
The fee for replacement cards is $10. For more information, call the OneCard manager at 928-776-2142.
Report lost or stolen cards immediately to the OneCard Office or at a cashier station to avoid misuse of the card.
Photo ID cards may be obtained at the Prescott Campus or the Verde Valley Campus, as well as Prescott Valley, CTEC and the Chino Valley Ag Center. For more information contact the OneCard Manager.
