TELS developed a new class for the college that was first offered in the summer of 2009 titled EDU255: Fundamentals of Educational Technology. Find out more and see student work at the EDU255 blog.

Part of our work at TELS involves remaining ahead of current trends and uses of available technologies. Web 2.0 potential and the continuing evolution of the web demand that we seek out and understand the technologies that may effect education in the future. This embedded Jing video is an example of one of those technologies.

The TELS Webletter is an ongoing project that highlights a few informative teaching articles each month in blog form. It is our hope to foster dialogue between faculty in an environment that nurtures new faculty and allows all faculty members to contribute to a learning community.
