Put a Little More Information in Staff Information Closing the distance between the instructor and the student in online environments is essential to student retention. A quick and easy way to share more about you with your online students is by adding a little more in the staff information section of your course.
	Great New How-To's for Blackboard TELS has been creating some new tutorials for Blackboard that we will soon be adding to the TELS webpage. Here is a sneak peek at a couple of them. Blackboard demo on adding assignments and here is a Blackboard demo about adding announcements.
	Podcasts from NPR National Public Radio's (NPR) website has a wealth of text to read. But did you know that there are a million great podcasts there as well? Many are about educational issues that are important to us. Why not listen to one while having lunch, or just to take a moment from your busy day.
