Technology Support

As an employee at Yavapai College, you have unique and diverse technology needs. In addition to the computer technology you use everyday, such as email, searching the Internet, and word-processing, you may have mandatory training requirements specific to your job.

In order to facilitate training for busy YC employees, we are working to provide you with a comprehensive technology support package:

• Technology support website, with online training resources, user forums, helpful links, and more.
• Technology support staff, available to assist you with all your computer and information technology needs, including account information, software consultation, troubleshooting, and more.
• Hands-on computer training, including PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Lotus Notes, and more.
• Specialized training videos, available on DVD.

YC Van Driver Training

While this training video may not be as fun as the Purchasing Game, it is a requirement for anyone who will be operating a van at Yavapai College. Join Safety Analyst, Bruce Hilgendorf, as he explains the safety issues and requirements that will keep you and your passengers safe.
