Angelorum is a women's chamber choir which combines singing with serious technical music study. The choir was organized by Dr. Fisher upon his return from a European tour with a Yavapai College choir in 1994. During this tour, he was privileged to listen to two women's choirs, one from Hungary and the other from Argentina. "The sound of their voices sent chills down my spine. I've never heard anything as beautiful or expressive," Dr. Fisher said of the experience.

The Angelorum has performed nationally and internationally: in Father Keno mission churches in Caborca and Pitiquito, both in northern Mexico and in an International Women's Singing Festival in Seattle, along with choirs from Spain, Venezuela, Finland, Canada and the United States.
This choir has set a new standard for the southwest and audiences are raving over their musical expressiveness. Angelorum rehearses on Monday and Wednesday afternoons at Yavapai College.
Sign up to join Angelorum by registering for MUS 227, Women's Chorale. NOTE: An audition is required.
