Performing Arts Charitable Endowment (PACE)

As one of northern Arizona's premier performing arts venues, the Yavapai College Performance Hall on the Prescott Campus delights audiences with diverse, talented performers throughout the year.

The Performing Arts Charitable Endowment:

• Supports Yavapai College Community Events' ability to maintain affordable ticket prices and offer high caliber entertainment to more than 60,000 people per year.
• Supports for the annual Artists in Residence program, which brings artistic programs to Yavapai County students and special needs audiences.

With the theme "Discovering the World Around Us," the 2006-2007 Artists in Residence program brought cultural experiences to more than 24,000 students who might not otherwise be exposed to the performing arts.

PACE works in partnership with the City of Prescott, J.R. Acker Trust, Arizona Commission on the Arts, and National Endowment for the Arts to bring quality performances to the residents of northern Arizona.

To support PACE, donors can:

• Make a general contribution to the endowment.
• Designate a gift for a specific program, such as Artists in Residence.
• Support capital projects, including large equipment purchases or improvements to the Performance Hall that are not funded through the college's normal budgeting process.

We are pleased to announce the addition of a new PACE donor level, the Legacy League, to recognize those very generous people who make deferred gifts to the Performing Arts Charitable Endowment. These deferred gifts will enable us to enhance the quality of life Yavapai College Community Events supports for generations to come. Legacy League donors receive advance selection of seating for YCCE sponsored events with the benefactors category. $10,000 or more * A lifetime gift will make a significant addition to PACE. Receive the best of all donor categories! select two performers each season to personally meet sponsor two residency programs reserved YCCE event parking a special concert for you and your guests each season.

* 0nce a donation at the Bronze Ingot level ($1,000) or above has been made, that donation and any further donations are accumulative towards achieving the Lifetime status. Annual contributions will be listed at the appropriate donor levels reflecting the continued donations. Once a total of 15,000 has been accumulated, the donor is a Lifetime donor to PACE.

$25,000 Supreme Sponsor

The largest sponsor category has the most impact as you become a Supreme Sponsor for the entire Yavapai College Community Events season. Your company name and logo will be featured on the front of every YCCE season brochure, postcard, ad, news release, program cover, letters to donors, and any other publications for Yavapai College Community Events. This will be at least 450,000 items with your name and logo prominently displayed. And in addition, you receive free event tickets and invites to all donor receptions. This is an annual donation.

$1,000 Event Co-sponsor

• Listing in all promotions for the event as a co-sponsor
• Listing on any event advertising as a co-sponsor
• Listing in the event program as a co-sponsor
• Acknowledgement of co-sponsors from the stage before the concert
• The opportunity to have a lobby display of sponsor material
• A total of six free tickets to the performance. Your contribution can be made in the form of a trade or check. Trade of service and/or products can be made for items YCCE would purchase, such as catering advertising, transportation, internet services, and lodging.

$5,000 Diamond Event Sponsorship

• Top billing with Yavapai College as a presenter of the event
• Listing in all event promotions for the event as a presenter: "Yavapai College and ___ present..."
• Listing on any event advertising as a presenter
• Listing in the event program as a presenter
• Introduction of sponsor's key personnel on stage before the concert
• The opportunity to have a lobby display of sponsor material
• The opportunity to meet the artist backstage
• A total of ten VIP seating tickets to the performance An autographed photo from the artist

YCCE Corporate Season Sponsor $1,000+

Your contribution can be made in the form of a trade or check. Trade of service and/or products can be made for items YCCE would purchase, such as catering, advertising, transportation, printing and lodging. In acknowledgment of the contribution, corporate season sponsors receive the following benefits:

• Company Logo listed in all event programs as a Corporate Sponsor
• Invitation to two annual artist receptions
• Corporate Season Sponsorship Plaque
