Continuing Students (If you've used VA Education Benefits at YC within the past two years)

Download, print, and complete the Benefits Request form to request benefits for the current or upcoming semester. (Your academic advisor must also complete the bottom half of the form.)

Students New to YC Veteran Services

Download, print, and complete the VA Benefits Questionnaire, then submit to the Financial Aid Office.
