Verde ITS Procedures
Technology Support Requests
If you are planning a special event or activity off-site (any location away from the Clarkdale, Sedona or Camp Verde Campuses) and you need support from ITS. Please call the ITS Help Desk at (928) 776-2168 (on-campus x 2168).
MultiMedia Presentation
If a student of faculty member needs training or assistance to implement a PowerPoint Presentation for any class, please contact the ITS Help Desk at (928) 776-2168 (on-campus x 2168) as far in advance of the event as possible. They will be happy to train or attend to lend support any time possible.
ITV Procedures
Anyone using the ITV classroom and equipment should request special one-on-one or group training. Training dates are also viewable in the Training Schedule section. If there is any problem with the process or the equipment, the first step would be to call the ITS Help Desk at (928) 776-2168 (on-campus x 2168) or Toll-Free 1-866-928-9224.
Technology Request
Staff please submit a Facilities Request to Yavapai College Facilities Management facilities@yc.edu and that information will be forwarded to Verde-ITS when you reserve the room for your event. Faculty who need any extra technology equipment for classes or otherwise can call Verde ITS at x6593 or x6598.
