Welcome to the ERP Project Webpage. The purpose of this webpage is to keep the Yavapai College community informed on the progress, and status of the ERP project.

Overview

The ERP project is a multi-year project designed to replace our current administrative computer systems with a new, integrated Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). This new system will address faculty, student, and administrative needs to provide integrated, accessible data across all areas of the College. An ERP system is a type of solution that is provided by a number of vendors in the marketplace. Sungard Banner, Oracle, Datatel, Campus Management are all examples of ERP solutions. ERP is not a vendor that would provide us a solution.

An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system integrates all data and processes of an organization into a single unified system. In our definition, an ERP system could include:

• Student Services

• Human Resources
• Foundation and Fund Raising, and
• Learning Management
