How to do business with Yavapai College
The purchasing process depends on the anticipated annual spend with a supplier and whether an eligible state or cooperative contract is available.
Under $10,000
Purchases are generally handled directly by departmental purchasing liaisons. Interested suppliers should contact the relevant YC department.
$10,000–$50,000
YC requires three quotes or use of a competitively bid state or cooperative contract. Suppliers should provide company information and identify any contracts they hold.
Over $50,000
YC may use an eligible cooperative contract or conduct a formal solicitation through the Arizona State Procurement Portal.
