Yavapai College Purchasing and Contracting Services is responsible for purchasing and contracting all items and services necessary for the operation of the College District while maintaining effective stewardship for the District's funds.
These objectives will be met within the rules of Arizona State Procurement Code and the Yavapai Community College District Governing Board.
The members of the purchasing staff are dedicated professionals who conduct themselves in a courteous, ethical and professional manner while promoting fair and legal trade practices, supporting all departments of the college and the Mission Statement of the College as a whole.
