YC Viticulture Program
As a student in Yavapai College's Viticulture Program, you are studying in the ONLY Viticulture Program offered in the state of Arizona. Your studies will focus on growing grapes for winemaking, vineyard seasonal practices, and vineyard management.

The Viticulture Program offers classes in growing grapes for wine.
Initially, a one-year Certificate Program is being offered; with a two-year Associate Degree expected in 2012.
Short-term wine experience courses are offered as well as semester length courses.
Hands-on classes both in classrooms and at campus vineyards.
