President’s Outstanding Alumni Award 2012 Criteria

The Office of Alumni Outreach invites nominations for President’s Outstanding Alumni 2012 awards for both Prescott and Verde Valley (Clarkdale).

These awards will recognize former Yavapai College students who are making outstanding contributions in their chosen professions and demonstrate a commitment to community service.

Alumni will be selected for recognition according to the following criteria.

Alumni Award 2012 nomination form

The nominee must:

Be nominated by another person using the appropriate process
Have distinguished themselves in their chosen profession
Provide evidence of volunteer service to their community
Be able to attend the award ceremony “Evening of Recognition” - Tuesday, April 10, 2012, (Prescott) or Thursday, April 12, 2012, Verde Valley Campus.
