The YC Business Office manages the business functions of the college district-wide.
Travel forms must be obtained in the Business Office.
It is the responsibility of the Business Office to maintain student accounts, process and report the financial activity of the college, and to safeguard the college's assets. Internal controls are required to ensure the prompt, accurate and timely processing and reporting of financial activity to internal and external stakeholders. Business Office policies and procedures are designed to meet internal control standards and ensure compliance with Federal and State laws.
