Payment Due Date

SUMMER 2012 PAYMENT DUE DATE: Payment is due at the time of registration.

FALL 2012 PAYMENT DUE DATE: Payment will be accepted at the time of registration but will be automatically deferred until July 18, 2012, at which time the balance in full will be required by means of either full payment, a payment plan in place or an approved financial aid award reflected on account.

Generally, payment of tuition/fees is required at the time of registration (unless there is a publicized deferred payment in effect, typically Fall term only).

In order to secure your class registration, please make sure your student account has one of the following: full payment, enrollment in a payment plan or an approved financial aid award (approved awards are reflected on account).

Any unpaid tuition/fees remaining after the payment due date will result in dropped classes.


Problems with Online Payments/Payment Plans

If you have received a 17XX "payment error code", as listed in the "Payment Error Codes Information" below, there is an issue with your card and you need to contact the bank that issued you the card.

In-person payments will be accepted at either cashier stations on the Prescott and Verde Campuses.
