Performing Arts Charitable Endowment Header

Your important investment in the Performing Arts Charitable Endowment (PACE) makes it possible to continue to offer spectacular seasons of music, dance and theater YEAR AFTER YEAR!

 

Your donation is a gift that keeps on giving as it is part of our endowment and is not spent on annual operating expenses. Thanks to our donors' generous support, PACE is growing by leaps and bounds. Your valued participation makes it possible for over 9,000 school children to experience the performing arts each year. For many children this is their only opportunity to experience live concert events. To make the school programs possible, partnerships are formed with the City of Prescott/Acker Trust, Pam & Bob Haber, PTA's, Arizona Commission on the Arts, Western States Arts Federation and National Endowment for the Arts.

 

PACE operates as a part of the Yavapai College Foundation. The Foundation provides investment and management services to PACE. An advisory committee is selected from current PACE donors and approved by the Foundation board of directors. Each year, the PACE Advisory Committee reviews investment balances and determines an amount in excess of the cumulative donations since 1993 that should be used to support specific Community Events programs for the following year. This means that your gift will continue to assist the Community Events office in bringing quality programming for many years to come. This season PACE is contributing $6,000 to support programs for the youth and underserved audiences of Yavapai County and lower ticket prices.

Legacy League

The Legacy League is a group of friends of Community Events who have elected to benefit the Yavapai College Performing Arts Charitable Endowment (PACE) through their Wills or Estate Plans. Membership in the Legacy League is voluntary and open to any individual who submits documentation identifying PACE as one of the beneficiaries of your estate.

 

There is no minimum legacy gift amount to become a PACE member - and membership is retroactive. If you have already named Yavapai College in your estate plan, but have not yet informed us of your intent, please contact us. You could already be a member of PACE and eligible for annual benefits!

 

Legacy League donors receive PACE donor benefits plus an annual Legacy League party.

* Once you make a donation at any level ($1,000), that donation and any further donations accumulate towards achieving Lifetime status. Annual contributions will be listed at the appropriate donor levels reflecting the accumulated donations. Once a total of 15,000 has been achieved, the donor is a Lifetime donor to PACE.

BUSINESS SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Diamond Event Sponsorship - $5,000

$5000 Diamond Event Sponsor receives eight (8) prime tickets to the co-sponsored show, top listing in special event promotion and advertising, internet advertising, a full page ad in the event playbill, the opportunity to have a lobby display of sponsor materials, opportunity to be on stage the night of the performance and eight (8) spots for star meet and greet.

 

Diamond Event Sponsorships are available for cash only.

Event Co-sponsor - $1,000

$1000 for the event of your choice. Co-Event Sponsor receives six (6) trade tickets to the selected performance*, listing in event promotions, internet advertising, listing in event program, the opportunity to have a lobby display of sponsor material, and acknowledgement of co-sponsorship from the stage before the concert.

 

Your contribution can be made in the form of a trade or cash. Trade of service and/or products can be made for items YCCE would purchase, such as catering, advertising, transportation, printing and lodging.

 

*Maximum of six (6) trade tickets for a selected show even if there are two performances.

Season Corporate Sponsor - $1,000 (limited number of sponsorships available)

$1000 Season Corporate Sponsor receives twelve (12) trade tickets* to the shows of choice from the 2011-2012 season, company logo printed in all event playbills.

 

*Maximum of four (4) trade tickets for a selected show. Note: There may be some events where no tickets will be available for Season Corporate Sponsors.

Program Advertisement - Community Events Playbill Cover

Advertise your business in the playbill our ushers give to all patrons of Community Events shows throughout the 2011-2012 Seasoon.

 

  1. $550 (cash only) quarter page ad in all event playbill covers. Ad dimensions are horizontal 4.5 x 1.875.
  2. $1,000 (cash or trade) half page ad in all event playbill covers. Ad dimensions are horizontal 4.5" x 3.75"
  3. $2,000 (cash or trade) full page ad in all event playbill covers. Ad dimensions are horizontal 4.5" x 7.5".
  4. $5,000 (cash only) full page ad on back page of all Community Events playbill covers. Ad dimensions 4.5" x 7.5".
