YC Foundation Scholarships

Through the efforts of the Yavapai College Foundation, more than 80 scholarships have been established to provide assistance to deserving students in a variety of disciplines.

Please review the link below for general descriptions of scholarships offered through the Yavapai College Foundation and several other organizations that are eager to offer their scholarships to Yavapai College students. This information may help to give you a sense of what information is most relevant to your application. For example, a scholarship based on financial need would require a detailed explanation of the impact the scholarship would have on your ability to attend college.

How to Apply

Students who submit a complete YC Scholarship Application and a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) will be considered for all scholarships offered through the YC Foundation.

The YC Scholarship application is available on the student portal at www.my.yc.edu. Sign in and click on My Financial Aid. New students will need to apply for Admission to Yavapai College as part of the application process in order to provide necessary information for scholarship consideration.

The online application will be available in January and will be accepted through the application deadline of April 1st. Students are notified by late April as to whether they will receive a YC Foundation scholarship.

Recent Changes to SAP

Online Payment Plan

Yavapai College offers an online interest-free monthly payment plan. There is a $25.00 non-refundable set up fee required per semester. Log into myYC and click on "My Bills & Payments" to enroll.
