Compensation reviews are standard procedure in most organizations, and they are generally conducted every five years. Yavapai College has adopted a three-year review cycle.
Since the original 2005 Compensation Study, the College has adopted a 3 year review cycle ensuring that all positions are reviewed regularly. In 2010-2011, grades 1 through 8 were reviewed, with the results implemented in July 2011.
