PTSS is tasked with the development, implementation and support of the Multimedia and Interactive needs of Yavapai College.

Technology extends into every classroom and conference room

If you teach in a Yavapai College classroom, there’s a good chance it’s equipped with at least some level of technology. Ranging from a set-up as simple as a ceiling mounted digital projector and a PC, to a full-blown touch-panel operated multimedia install including classroom capture technology, Yavapai College has it all.

Yavapai College uses Videoconferencing and Visual Communication technology from Tandberg to create and maintain a robust and reliant real-time synchronous aural and visual communications network.

Where do I pick up checked-out equipment?

• All Presentation Technology Check-Out Equipment is available for pick up, Prescott Bldg. 6
• Requests for equipment for other campuses must be arranged at least four business days in advance
• Laptop Computers are available for pick up, Prescott Bldg. 6
• Audio and Video Recording Equipment is available for pick up from TELS, Prescott Bldg. 3, Verde Bldg. M
