Information Technology Services increases the effectiveness of Yavapai College in teaching, economic development and cultural enrichment through the efficient, secure and cost-conscious management of technology resources.

Technology Support Services

  • Provides direct Help Desk support.
  • Designs, implements and maintains classroom and presentation technology.
  • Deploys and maintains workstations, laptops, computer labs and classroom computers.

Application Development

  • Supports Ellucian Banner, the myYC Experience portal, web services, single sign-on and custom applications.

Systems and Networking Services

  • Designs and maintains wired and wireless networks, storage, virtual desktops and phone systems.

Information Security

  • Protects College information and technology assets.
  • Leads information-technology compliance and security programs.
