Yavapai College systems and network administrators are tasked with maintaining the operational integrity of the enterprise computing systems used to support our students, faculty, and staff.

Blackboard

Blackboard provides access to web based classes offered at Yavapai College.

If you are a student in need of support with Blackboard related issues, please contact the ITS Help Desk at (928) 776-2168.

VPN Access

Virtual Private Network (VPN) access is available to authorized faculty and staff members.

Please contact the ITS Help Desk at ext. 2168 if you need VPN access or would like more information.

Email Services

Email accounts are supplied for all Yavapai College students, faculty and staff members.

Outlook Web Access (via the myYCPortal) is a web-based method to access student, faculty, and staff email accounts.

YC Accounts and Network Status

Your YC network account can be used to log on to:

  1. On-campus computers
  2. myYC portal / Blackboard
  3. Office Outlook Email
  4. YCRoughAirWireless network at designated locations on campus.

Data Storage and Recovery

Student, Faculty, and Staff data are maintained with leading edge technology. SANS can often restore most inadvertently deleted data from your college network drives (ex. Z drive) within a short time period.
