Want less clutter and disorganization? A few rules to follow to make the most of your workspace and department navigation.

You are not only updating text in your department webpages, you're also keeping all the items in your department folder organized and publishing webpages in their proper order.
The following sections will help you follow proper procedure when managing your department folder.
The screenshot below shows the content in the Campus Activities department folder.

There are only two folders:
Web Services asks that you NOT make any other folders at this level.
However, you may make sub-folders inside them to organize the different kinds of items you upload.
When preparing electronic documents for uploading, it is important to keep the file named within protocols.
If you try to upload a file with invalid characters, you will see this error message:

First, click on the word Order at the top of the second column. You want to see the default page in the top position.
Second, click blue arrows in the far right Actions column to change the order of items in your department folder.
