Candidate Statements
We offer online self-service registration for your OLLI learning groups. And, we ALWAYS offer personal-care registration by calling (928) 717-7634 or a mail-in registration.
1. Register Online
- Have access to the internet and an email address
- Email patricia.berlowe@yc.edu to get your user name and password
- Review your schedule and pick out your learning groups
- Click on this link: Register for Learning Groups Online
- Sign in with your user name and password
- Select your learning groups using the "add to cart" buttons
- Check out – you are all set!
2. Register by Mail
Download the OLLI Learning Group Registration Form
- Print, complete, and mail your OLLI application to

Enrollment Drawing
All enrollment forms & payments received one day prior to the enrollment drawing date will be entered into a random drawing to determine class placement.
Enrollments received after the drawing will be assigned to groups on a first-come, first-served, space available, basis until capacity is reached. There is no way to guarantee your learning group placement.
NOTE: You will be notified ONLY if you do not get your first choices. Consider yourself enrolled unless you are notified otherwise.
Enrolling into a Learning Group with Someone Else
If your learning group choice is dependent on another member's placement in the same group, fasten the forms together & fill in the space "Enroll me ONLY with..." on both applications.
Field Trips and Events
Field trips and events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
