About the YC Programs

This is an online catalog and registration system serving Yavapai College’s College for Kids, Community Education, EDventures, OLLI, GED Prep, and Retiree Connection programs, along with other special events. You can read class, trip, and event descriptions on line.

How to Sign In

If you have enrolled in Community Education (non-credit classes) before, you will have a user name and password. This IS NOT THE SAME as the Yavapai College’s credit class Blackboard system’s user name and password. If you have forgotten your user name or password for this system, click on ”forgot your user name or password” link. It will prompt you to enter your email address. If you are having trouble re-setting your user name or password, please contact us.

If this is the first time you have used our system, you will need to create a user name and password, and enter your contact information.

Finding your Class / Trip / Event

To find your class/trip/event, start in the white box on the screen. Click on the desired category (such as EDventures or Community Education Verde for the classes in the Verde Valley.) Note categories listed to the right. For Community Education, scroll down to see the list of offerings. Click on any title and you will see the detailed description.

How to Register

To register for any class, trip or event, click “Add to Cart” found at the bottom of each description. Please note: OLLI classes require a current membership before the "Add to Cart" button will appear. This will take you to your “shopping cart” and show you the list of your choices. If you wish to add another class, trip or event, click on “return to browse our offerings below” in the upper right hand corner of the white box.

How To Pay

When you have finished adding your desired items to your cart, click “check out.”

Credit Card Payment Information

If there are fees associated with your choices, you will need to enter your credit card information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your billing address information MUST match the information on file with your credit card company. Some of our offerings are FREE. In that case, you will NOT have to enter any credit card information.

Payment Confirmation / Email

You will be asked to verify your information and your selections before clicking “purchase.”

You may print a confirmation receipt, and you will also receive an email confirmation. You can also log in to our system in the future to review your choices.
