Old Dominion University now provides immediate admissions decisions for those who apply for undergraduate admission to Old Dominion University directly through their site.
If admitted:The Site Director will discuss your unofficial transcript evaluation and the curriculum sheet for your intended major.
If denied admission:The Site Director will work with you to chart a path toward future admissions success. Admissions denial is often a short-term slowdown, not a permanent block to admission.
Several departments require a supplemental application in addition to the regular undergraduate application. Download the appropriate supplemental application from these links for your program and submit to your local site. If you have questions as to whether you need to fill out a supplemental application in addition to your regular application please contact your local site.

Satellite delivery to the local classroom. Students are expected to attend the classroom lectures, and will be required to take all tests as scheduled at the local site.
Course lectures will be delivered in a manner which allows the instructor to have 2-way video and audio connection with the students in their classroom. This delivery method is not available at all sites.
Web based delivery means the students will receive all or part of their instruction via an online method. A high bandwidth internet connection is necessary for this delivery method. Students should have a good working knowledge of the internet and Blackboard for this method of class delivery.
This method of delivery for course lecture allows the student to access their lectures via their home or work computer. Students who are interested in participating in this type of lecture should complete the video streaming orientation and computer compatibility test at http://dl.odu.edu/tools/vstream/index.shtml A high bandwidth internet connection is necessary for this delivery method.
