Living expenses in Prescott are 24% more than the national average. Save tons of money by living on campus! Avoid costly service deposits and long term service contracts with multiple companies. We provide wireless internet, cable TV and utilities all for free!! In addition we have free laundry facilities in all of our halls along with free parking. We also offer an interest free payment plan.
There are also plenty of social opportunities offered on campus, including in-hall activities, campus events, athletic games, educational exhibits, professional performances or just visiting the art gallery.
Our three residence halls, Marapai, Kachina and Supai, are open to non-traditional students; students over 21 years are generally grouped together. It is not uncommon for students at the Agriculture Program in Chino Valley, vocational programs at CTEC, or the NARTA program in Prescott Valley, to live at the Residence Halls in Prescott and commute to the other locations.
Our residence hall community is very diverse. We house students from all across that nation as well as several international students. Get to know people in the common spaces lobby, or play a game of pool or ping pong.
All residents must submit proof of vaccination for MMR and meningococcal meningitis. The contract is an annual binding contract, termination of your contract between the fall and spring semester will result in a forfeiture of your entire deposit.
