The Budget Panel minutes document the requests for new resources and demonstrate how funding and the College's strategic plan are linked together. The minutes provide a description and the resulting funding status of all requests for resources.

SPC Year End Reports

As a part of ongoing assessment and accountability the SPC conducts a review of all strategic planning activities that were conducted over the past fiscal year. The year-end report details the past year’s activities and provides a status update for all initiatives, strategies, and action items.

SPC Perception Surveys

In order to gauge the college community’s perceptions and satisfaction with the YC strategic planning process an annual evaluation survey is conducted.

The report includes the college community’s feedback and recommendations for changes based on the findings.
